Welcome To Alabama Department of Revenue, Collection Services Division Online Sealed Bid Property Sale website. This website was created for the sale of State Property acquired through a Sheriff's Sale for unpaid tax final assessments. This website provides a portal for bidders to create an online user account in order to submit bids electronically, to submit EFT payments for the bid and deposit amount, to get information on upcoming sales, and to view State properties before the bid open date.
